Who is GO LOCAL?

GO LOCAL is a cooperative that works to grow the market share of locally owned businesses in Sonoma County. Like SCEA, they are a group of local owners and decision makers with a deep commitment to out community. GO LOCAL recognizes that recirculating money through local purchasing has many benefits including increasing local jobs and economic resilience. Why did SCEA join GO LOCAL?

That’s a no brainer. We share many of the same goals and commitments. Particularly after the fires, SCEA has been looking for a way to offer our strengths and expertise in helping Sonoma County residents and businesses recover and thrive. Joining GO LOCAL is a step toward integrating our organization with our communities needs. Together, we can offer Sonoma County a valuable resource of reliable, experienced and respected businesses.

How can SCEA members support GO LOCAL?

Your business can become a part of GO LOCAL. How can GO LOCAL support SCEA?

GO LOCAL offers the support of shared marketing. They provide SCEA with many new opportunities to reach Sonoma County people who already have an interest in using local services and products. The SCEA board will be looking into the most effective ways of utilizing the resources GO LOCAL offers to grow our organization and benefit our members. You will be hearing about our progress in the future.
